Durable And Easy To Assemble Booth Panels.
Spray Systems uses only premium quality G-90, 18 gauge galvanized steel for its exclusive booth panel construction, giving the booth better corrosion protection and a more uniform look. Using CNC manufacturing, all of our booth panels are precisely pre-punched on 6" centers and flanged on all four sides. This results in 30% fewer parts than needed by other booth suppliers and provides easier assembly and a stronger structure.
Quiet, Efficient and Easy to Maintain Exhaust Fan and Motor Systems.
Spray Systems uses only TEFC Lincoln motors on all of our tube axial exhaust fans. The enclosed motors carry a higher electrical rating plus a 5-year warranty.
We design and manufacture our own exhaust fans. The fans are constructed with a precision-balanced non-sparking blade and run more quietly and efficiently than standard tube axial fans. We also use off-the-shelf flanged bearings for easy maintenance and replacement part availability. The fan's "V" belt drive has an adjustable motor base for correct belt tensioning.
Long-Lasting And Energy-Saving Lighting Systems.
Spray Systems furnishes high quality industrial grade fluorescent light fixtures equipped with energy-saving, universal ballasts that allow for fast and flexible electrical hook-up on voltages between 115V and 277V. They are protected inside and out with a durable white baked enamel coating and include a hinged rear panel for easy access to the light tubes and ballast. (Inside access lights also available where needed) Our booths are built with framed window openings that provide for convenient “drop-in” and bolting of fixtures for an air-tight seal.

All Spray Systems booths are designed and engineered with a focus on efficient air flow and ease of maintenance using the latest version of AutoCAD. We provide easy-to-read isometric assembly drawings with every booth and every panel or component part is identified by a computer generated label that matches the exploded view drawing, allowing faster, less costly field assembly of the booth.
