Exhaust Chambers
Although they are not complete spray booths, Spray Systems exhaust chambers, when correctly used, can create a safe working environment for the painter by exhausting the proper volume of air from the spray area, filtering the paint overspray from the air and then exhausting it from the facility. Like Spray Systems booths, our exhaust chambers are equipped with our proprietary exhaust fans, known for how quietly they operate, high quality motors with a 5-year warranty and industrial quality lighting. The chambers can be used to convert a factory or shop area into a spraying area or sanding/preparation area. Chamber Construction
Components are manufactured of premium G-90 galvanized 18 gauge steel with 50% more zinc for superior corrosion resistance. CNC manufacturing ensures precise hole alignment and correct positioning of panel flanges for easy bolted assembly.

• Bolt holes are pre-punched on 6” centers for simple nut and bolt assembly
• Exploded view AutoCAD assembly drawings and complete assembly instructions are provided
• When correctly installed and used, our chambers comply with applicable codes including OSHA, NFPA, UFC, NEC and SCAQMD
