The CF-50M and CF-80M CentriCleanä manual units are ideal for separating liquid and solid waste in smaller painting operations. These machines provide a very effective method of reducing waste volume from water wash spray booths. With a manual model, an operator periodically stops the unit, removes and e cleans the inner basket, and restarts the machine. This simple operation requires only about fifteen minutes and minimal tools. With a conservative design, small footprint, and meager utility e requirements, the CF-50M and CF-80M models are attractive, easy to operate machines for anyone with a water wash spray booth. CentriCleanä manual units can also be mounted on wheels to provide a portable unit that can be utilized on various paint booths.
Principle of operation: Process liquids are fed to the CentriCleanä where solids are separated and deposited on the inner wall of the rotor and clean fluid is returned to the process. Cleaning is accomplished in a fully automatic sequence in which the feed valve is closed, the rotor stopped, and solids mechanically scraped from the rotor and discharged to a container beneath the machine. Once solids are discharged, the Microseparator'" automatically resumes operation. Cleaning cycles could be as frequent as several times per hour around the clock. Supplied complete with relay logic controls or optional PLC.
AUTOMATIC CENTRICLEAN: CF-105G and CF-155G
The CF-105G and CF-155G CentriCleanä automatic units are used in larger painting operations that usually spray in excess of 30 gallons of paint per day. The automatic CentriCleanä virtually runs itself. Most importantly, it automatically cleans itself! An operator never needs to come in contact with the solid waste. As the unit reaches full capacity, it automatically stops the rotor and the pump. It then locks the rotor in place and scrapes the interior clean of the solid paint waste. The paint solids are then discharged into a container for easy disposal or recycling. Once clean, automatic sensors start the pump and rotor again and the CentriCleanä is back in operation. The CentriCleanä technology elminates the use of filters or other consumable materials, and no secondary drying is necessary. As with the manual models, the automatic CentriCleanä is easily installed into any existing water wash spray booth.
Principle of operation: Process liquids are fed to the CentriCleanä where solids are separated and deposited on the inner wall of the rotor liner and clean fluid is returned to the process by gravity discharge. Solids are easily removed from the highly durable liner in a virtually dry state for convenient disposal or recycling. The CentriClean Sludge Dewatering System offers an innovative and simple way to economically dewater, compact, and discharge paint solids from water wash spray booths. Some of the CentriClean's features and benefits include: Recycles Booth Water Reduces Disposal Costs Returns investment in Months-Not Years Works With Virtually All Chemical Treatment Programs No Filters or Consumables Minimizes Paint Waste Volume Adaptable to Any Water Wash Booth Extremely Low Maintenance Very Few Moving Parts Durable Construction
