Water wash spray booths from Spray Systems offer an environmentally superior means of filtering paint particles from the exhaust air using water as the filtration media. Particularly appropriate for applications using a high volume of paint, a wide variety of coatings or a wide range of viscosities and curing cycles, water wash booths are preferred over dry filter booths by health, fire and building code officials as well as fire insurance carriers.
Spray Systems water wash booths are designed for a wide variety of finishing applications and are offered in both pump type and no-pump versions in open face, enclosed, and conveyorized models. Booths can be enclosed and heated through the addition of front filter doors and air make-up systems and paint sludge handling can be minimized with an automatic sludge control system that reduces sludge to a small volume of dried waste for easy disposal. Electrical controls, including temperature and automated booth air balance, can be incorporated into the design.
