Water Wash Spray Booths
A high volume wood finishing system is an ideal application for a Spray Systems water wash spray booth for reduced maintenance, higher efficiency filtration to meet environmental concerns and a safer operation. Water is used as the air filtering media which eliminates the problem of dry filter disposal. Water wash booths handle both a wide range of coatings and varying viscosities and are preferred by all health, fire and building officials as well as fire insurance carriers.
Both pump type and no-pump models of the booths are available from Spray Systems in open face, enclosed and conveyorized models. They can be customized with automated paint sludge disposal and booth controls as well as filter doors, air make-up systems and other options.
