Spray Systems’ headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility are housed in a 45,000 square foot facility in Pomona, California where our highly experienced and committed staff design and fabricates our extensive line of spray booths and related finishing system components – both standard models and custom designs. We carefully evaluate your parameters and engineer a booth of the right type – dry filter, water wash or powder - with proper air flow, filtration, lighting and temperature.

Durable And Easy To Assemble Booth Components
• For better corrosion protection we build our booths of premium grade, 18 gauge, G-90 galvanized steel panels with 50% more zinc coating
• Our state-of-the-art CNC machinery shears and punches components on 6" centers for bolted assembly
• Our panels, flanged on all 4 sides to eliminate “tie-in angles”, provide a more rigid structure and 30 percent fewer parts for faster and more economical assembly at the job site
Proprietary, Quiet Exhaust Fans and Premium Quality Motors
• The exhaust fans we supply, designed and manufactured by Spray Systems, are significantly quieter than competitive models while providing optimum efficiency in air flow
• Ideal fan operating parameters - including blade tip speed, blade pitch, static pressure and sound level - are selected using a proprietary computer program
• Off-the-shelf fan components are used, to simplify maintenance and service
• Premium quality TEFC motors - 5-year warranty
Energy Efficient and Reliable Lighting
•Our fluorescent light fixtures our industrial grade and utilize energy-saving light tubes
• A multi-tap ballast operates on voltage from 115V to 230V to simplify electrical hook-up
• Fixture enclosures are protected with a durable baked enamel finish
• A convenient hinged rear panel provides easy access to the light tubes and ballast. Inside access lights are also available.

• Using the latest version of AutoCAD, our specialty is engineering custom designs to fit specific needs
• Our isometric drawings are easy to read and simplify product assembly
• Panels and other components are identified and numbered by computer generated labels that precisely match the exploded view assembly drawing
