Spray Booths

Sport Utility Vehicles and small trucks have become extremely popular and Spray Systems offers three models of cross flow style spray booths designed for these vehicles, all higher than a standard auto booth and available in different lengths and widths. Designed with air entering at the front or rear and exhausting at the opposite end, they can also be furnished in a pressurized version with directly attached air replacement unit. They provide an economically priced clean, safe environment for the painter.

STANDARD DESIGN FEATURES:

BOOTH CONSTRUCTION - Fabricated of 18 gauge premium G-90 galvanized steel components that are CNC punched on 6” centers for easy assembly with nuts and bolts. Entry and exit doors have heavy steel tube frames, wiper type leak-proof bottom seals and center polyfoam seals.
LIGHTING - Four-tube industrial quality high efficiency T-8 fixtures designed for “drop-in” mounting in framed openings with dust-tight seals. ETL listed.
EXHAUST FANS - of extra quiet proprietary design are heavy duty tubeaxial type with enclosed belts and sealed bearings.
MOTORS - are totally enclosed, fan cooled, energy efficient, multi-voltage, 208/230/460, 3-phase with 5-year warranty. (single phase motors optional)
FILTER GAUGE - visual indicator of when air supply filters or paint arrestor exhaust filters require replacement.
LATCHES - Quick release, heavy duty type with positive closing and emergency exit hardware.
AIR SUPPLY FILTERS - with built-in reinforcement frame made of supple polyester fiber with adhesive coating for enhanced trapping of dust particles and a cleaner booth.
PAINT ARRESTOR EXHAUST FILTERS - Disposable filters made from spun fiberglass fibers for efficient removal of paint overspray from booth exhaust air.
PERSONNEL DOOR - Side door has 18” X 36” gasketed window.
