Sheet Metal Structure - Fabricated panels of 18 gauge G-90 galvanized steel are precisely pre-punched for simple bolted assembly. A structural tube frame provides strength to both the solid and filtered doors which also have water tight sweep type seals at the bottom and polyfoam seals at the center.
High Efficiency Lighting – The industrial rated 4-tube fluorescent fixtures are mounted against sealed clear glass windows on the outside of the booth with convenient hinged panel for tube access and are ETL listed.
Quiet, High Efficiency Exhaust Fans - Tubeaxial type designed specifically for paint booths with sealed bearings and enclosed belts.
Premiere Quality Energy Efficient Motors - Totally enclosed, fan cooled, multivoltage, 208/230/460, three phase - and optional single phase - carry 5-year warranty.
Gauge To Show Filter Replacement Need - Manometer monitors overspray buildup on exhaust filters and/or dust on air intake filters.
Heavy Duty, Quick Release Latches - Include panic hardware and positive closure.
Air Intake Filters - Special adhesive-coated soft, pliable, polyester filters for superior dust trapping. Built-in reinforcement frame provides dust-proof seal.
Exhaust Filters Trap Overspray - Spun fiberglass paint arrestor filters efficiently remove paint particles from spray booth air before it is exhausted.
Hinged Personnel Access Door - Wwith gasketed 18" wide x 36" high observation window can be installed in optional locations.
ETL Or UL Listed - Latching devices and electrical components.
Misc. - All booth models include all necessary nuts, bolts, hardware and caulking materials.
